Bee Swarm Collection

Please Help to Protect Swarms

Swarming is a natural process when colonies of honeybees can increase their numbers. If you see a swarm contact us and we will arrange to get it collected. Honeybees in a swarm are usually very gentle and present very little danger. They can be made aggressive if disturbed so it’s best to just leave them alone and contact us.

Bee Removal and Re-homing

We collect honey bees, swarms and endangered colonies within GL, HR and NP Post Codes.

We will do our best to collect your honey bee swarm free of charge ~ or for a small donation to cover the cost of fuel and to assist in the relocation and feeding of the bees until they get up to full strength.

If you have a swarm of honey bees, while the swarm is hanging in a hedge or tree it is a relatively straightforward job to collect them and re-house them in a hive.
Swarms in other places and colonies of bees in buildings can be more difficult to remove.

If you need help to deal with flying insects which are not honey bees, you can contact:

Forest of Dean Pest Control who are based near Lydney and cover the Forest of Dean and the surrounding areas including all GL, HR and NP Post Codes. We can be contacted on 01594 528359 or 07842 822522 24/7 Hotline.
